Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out forms. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. If you would like to complete the paperwork at home you may print and complete the new patient forms prior to your first visit.

Upon the completion of your paperwork, you will have a consultation with Dr. Morgan to discuss your health related problems, personal injury, or other concerns. Your first visit is designed for the Doctor to learn more about you, prior conditions, and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care will meet your goals.

After your consultation, the Doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination including range of motion, orthopedic tests, postural evaluation, and other tests applicable to your specific condition. The goal of the physical examination is to detect exactly which structures are causing you pain or discomfort. If Dr. Morgan feels x-ray studies are necessary to rule out more serious conditions or to assist her in developing the most effective treatment plan for you, you will be referred out at this time.

After discussing your health history and goals, examining your spine, and reviewing any x-rays, Dr. Morgan will discuss recommendations with you. If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, it will be discussed at this time. If Dr. Morgan believes that she can help you, she will recommend a treatment program. Dr. Morgan's treatment plan aims at getting you out of pain. Once that is achieved you will either be released from care or set on a maintenance program depending on your specific goals.

Patients will generally be provided with their first treatment at the conclusion of the appointment. This may include hot/cold therapy, an adjustment, and/or soft tissue therapies. Treatment is interactive so you can express any concerns that may develop as treatment is underway.
